To book an appointment:
Click "Book Now" button below
Choose your appointment type, date, and time preferences then click "search"
Select the appointment time you prefer with the blue "select" button
New patients will have to register and create and account
Enter contact information (Name, Birthdate, Phone number, and E-mail)
Create a username and password
An email will be sent to the provided email with a confirmation code for you to enter after registering
Once the code is entered make sure to click the "book" button to schedule your appointment
